TPC limited via its work has reached maturity and it has been showing positive results hence influencing the factory to increase its sugar production in the coming years through cultivating additional land including introducing new cane varieties and adoption of more efficient irrigation and fertilisation methods including improving factory recoveries
The factory has created significant focus on the rehabilitation and upgrading of fields including infrastructure and equipment wher sustainable agriculture has been focused to increase on sugar production from 30000tonnes to 100000 tonnes currently
The factory has developed to the use of efficient grains that has led to introduction of various varieties of sugarcane and increasing on the use of Fertilizers, irrigation, transport including sugar recovery. The factory plans to improve on value added from molasses and the extension of electricity production throughout the year by burning non cane biomass int the intercrop
