Elizabeth Glaser Paediatric AIDS Foundation is looking for Temporary Associate Procurement Officer. You will responsible for publishing, invoice management and reporting  in accordance with applicable policies and procedures for the smooth implementation of activities 

POSITION:Temporary Associate Procurement Officer

 Duties and responsibilities

• Processing invoices for goods and services delivered ensuring accuracy 
• Creating and developing professional working relationships with service providers 
• Preparation of weekly and monthly procurement reports 
• Undertake routine follow up action on procurement on behalf of the team 
• Follow orders and expedite on deliveries 
• Facilitate filling contracts documentation and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Degree in Procurement, logistics and supply chain or equivalent 
• Registered with the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technician Board 
• Fleshing graduate or with one years working experience preferably with an NGO 
• Strong oral and written communication skills 
• Excellent organisational skills and problem solving skills 
• Experience in basic computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and Power point 
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
