- Assisting Chef de Cuisine in managing his kitchen operations
- Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through planning and controlling kitchen operations

QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years of working experience as Sous Chef or four years of experience as Chef de Partie in Hotel or large restaurant with good standards mostly experience in luxury international hotels
- Good in kitchen management is advantageous
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations is needed
- Basic computer skills in MS Office and Management systems is recommended
- Diploma in culinary or something related to hospitality
