Working in collaboration with levels of management to guarantee availability of valid and appropriate contract
Managing aspect of control of contracts and other legal documents
Provision of legal advice and support to management
Overseeing execution of in line with legal and regulatory policies
Representing the company in court ans other
Management of all disputes and litigation involving the company and ensure availability
