GardaWorld is looking for the Security Operations Manager to manage and coordinate Security Operations functions for the Projects. As security Operations Manager your role will to project manager in overall management for all elements of the guard force operations and ensuring compliance with all contracts requirements and company procedures

Qualifications
Should be knowledgeable about physical and security technological systems and able to give recommendations from risk based ways
Should be able to comprehend orders and follow instructions and directions and able to communicate effectively and respectively
Able to take clear and decisive action especially during emergency situations
You are able to handle telephone calls in professional manner after working hours and also unwanted calls such as bomb threats
Should be competent in having passed a first aid course for beginners and firefighting course
You have deep knowledge of application of Rules of engagement model
The security Operations manager is expected to project manager for the responsibilities stated in this job description and will be managed through the mid year including annual performance review
Other qualifications
Must have prior criminal record
Three to five years of experience in managing large guard force contingents
Diploma in Security Risk Management, criminology or Policing
Stand in for the Security Manager as and when required
