Qatar Airways is looking for Sales Operations Coordinator you will handle all sales operations activities including reservations and Ticketing, Refunds accounts support, group sales, sales support, sales system and sales administration
POSITION: Sales Operations Coordinator
Duties and responsibilities
- Process Refunds
- Raise Commercial Tool Kit requests in galaxy for sales force
- Maintenance of Galaxy and Trade portal platforms
- Communicate with customers or QR Account Managers for documentation completion
- Producing reports for relevant markets and share monthly performance reports
- Keeping customers profiles updated in Galaxy
- Upload pLB and corporate contracts in Galaxy

Qualification
- High School Qualification or Equivalent with three years job related experience
- Experience in any eg ticketing, sales support, group sales, tariffs, distribution, business analysis
- Fluency in English
- PC literate with very good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Airline processes
- Problem solving skills, efficiency oriented mindset
- String mentoring and coaching skills
- Able to foster teamwork among team members
