Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in social work, Child protection, International development or related
- Seven years of International development program management experience
- Proven experience overseeing subways, meeting deadlines and achieving targets
- Experience and Familiarity with USG policies, procedures and requirements
- Able to maintain strong working relationships with all Projects stakeholders
- Experience in areas if child labor and additional technical experience in child protection, education, livelihoods and social protection
- Prior Experience in Tanzania
- Fluency in written and spoken English required
- Second language experience preferred, knowledge of local language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including word, excel and outlook
