POSITION: Production Manager
You will be responsible for the successful daily operations of nursery and demo farm at mbosho to ensure optimal condition for growing all types of seedlings
Duties and responsibilities
Managing of all nursery staff including recruitment
Managing the demo farm, fruit orchard as well as the passion orchard
Seeking for improvement of the entire nursery and farms operations
Preparing planting and harvesting schedule in close cooperation
Inspection and monitoring crop and tree seedlings
Conducting test on soil and water and preparing irrigation planning
Handling products produced on the farm and preparing them for sales
Supervision and preparing budgets
Providing Production status and financial monitoring in accordance with company
