Duties and responsibilities
Plan and supervise the daily work and performance of each employee on assigned shift
Working together with teams, achieve, achieve shift, daily, weekly and monthly performance
Gather production lead to develop budget for factory area with factory Head
Monitoring of standards setting, operating and maintening equipment
Identify areas where production performance and quality management can be improved
Provide technical and process guidance to respective teams
Ensuring continuous improvement by implementing functional best practices
