POSITION: Principal Officer- Business Development

Duties and responsibilities

Identifying potential clients for bank’s solicitation efforts
Developing of sustainable relationships with bank key stakeholders
Developing sustainable relationships with the bank key stakeholders
Meeting with potential customers to present TIB Development
Collaborate with management and other TIB Development Bank

Qualification

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Commerce or Agribusiness
Masters Degree in Business, Commerce, finance, Accounting, economics or Related
Seven years of proven experience in financial services sector
Sound in credit and financial risk analysis
Knowledge of risk management
Experience in business, credit appraisal
Knowledge of Financial services sector regulatory framework
Experience in identifying and managing partners
Experience in long and short term development projects
Able to work against tight deadlines
Manage and engaging teams for delivery
