POSITION: Finance and Operations Director
Duties and responsibilities
Creating and enabling environments for innovation to thrive in Pact’s offices
Ensuring technical assistance to internal departments, country offices and projects
Capacity building in country offices through curriculum development
Contribute to proposal development with the Opportunity Development
Participating in the innovation in development conversation by attending events
Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or equivalent with Nine years experience or with Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or eleven years of experience
Nine years of working experience managing finances and administration activities
Five years of experience in financial compliance and progressive supervisory work
With demonstrated experience with management for USAID-FUNDED projects
