POSITION:Operations and Outreach Lead Agriculture-Shinyanga
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing of daily operations of assigned FEC
- Implementing Outreach strategies to engage with farmers in rural areas
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing partners
- Collecting and analysing data on farmer demographics
- Monitoring of daily performance metrics and report on key sustainability

QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher Diploma in agriculture, business or related
- Three to five years of experience in agricultural operations, project management, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Swahili
- Strong passion for regenerative agriculture, farming and improving the livelihoods
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor Degree in agriculture, business or related
