Qualification
- Bachelor Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering with three years of experience in relevant field
- Knowledge of utilities plants and packaging equipment
- Understanding of asset performance and packaging equipment
- Understanding of asset performance and maintenance philosophy with excellent process improvement and root cause problem solving
- Multiskilled
- Able to work automously
- Able to work in team and effective team members, hood communication
- Strength of character to challenge poor team behaviour and non adherence to standards
- Responds to change in a positive and flexible manner
- Knowledge of CMMS
