Ab InBev are looking for Laboratory Technician to join their working team. You will develop and implement optimal Brewery wide microbiological standards and work practices to ensure compliance to microbiological processes and products specifications
POSITION: Laboratory Technician
Duties and responsibilities
- Carrying out specialised and highly specialised quality
- Recording the results of analyses conducting on appropriate information
- Conducting analysis of results to identify problems and improvements
- Assist the plant in the execution of quality analysis
- Conducting calibration of specialist equipment

Qualification
- Diploma in Biotechnology, chemistry, Food science
- Experience of one to three years in Laboratory
- Understanding processes control within the malting process environment
- Good understanding of the principles and practices of VPO
- Two to three months on the job training plus academy basic process Artisan
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to utilize computer programs
