- Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders and D&IT partners
- Continuously monitor technological advancements within JTI
- Leading and manage specific changes and projects occasionally including related teams

Qualification
- Eight years of experience in the IT discipline with three years in IT Management of Business
- ERP and Sales force automation experience is must
- Good knowledge on SQL Data Query analytics and Visualization
- B2B, B2C solutions, Online Sales, Loyalty and payments system, Consumer engagement
- Good work knowledge of business related processes in the FMCG industry
- Application knowledge in service now
