Duties and responsibilities
- Manage end to end international payments products cycle
- Enhance customer satisfaction throughout effective payments solutions
- Good relationships management and work with different stakeholders
- Drive actionable commercial insight that directly contribute to Mpesa
- Participate in executing the payments strategy

Qualification
- Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills translated from consumer insights
- Excellent customer service and experience oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to anticipate customer , competitor and market dynamics
- Good project management and agile

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or its equivalent
