Duties and responsibilities
- End up personal file after checking the essential documents
- Entering data and payroll
- Introduction of new customers
- Register on Biometrics
- Biometrics
- Send daily attendance to the HOD HOD from biometrics
- Leave Forms
- Leave forms are to be filled out completely and filed in the personal file
- Union
- Attending all union matters and advise the cluster head and CEO accordingly
- Participation in CBA negotiations
- Ensuring CBA is adhered to and peace is maintained
- Keeping the union active with all minutes of the meetings
