POSITION: Human Resources Business Partner
Duties and responsibilities
- Partnering with senior leadership team to define and execute work
- Working collaboratively within functional and department leaders
- Taking lead in workforce planning during budgeting period
- Developing and implementing hr plans for assigned units
- Develop the strategy for Talent Acquisition
- Overseas management by ensuring goals are met
- Maintaining full perspective of business

Qualification
- Understanding customer trends and issues in the industry that could potentially impact business
- Business acumen

- Broad business and financial understanding
