Expert Consultancy is looking Human Capital Manager to join their working team.  This position will be based in Serengeti National Park 

POSITION: Human Capital Manager 

You will work under guidance of the lodge general manager and Head of Human Capital. 

You will support the HR team on their day to day operations

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills 
• Able to work under pressure 
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills 
• Must be mature, pleasant, courteous  an Cooperative 
• Conference working independently and part of team
• Flexibility to respond to range of different situations 
• Effective written and oral communications skills 
• Degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business  or related 
• Effective communication skills 
• Demonstrated experience in MS Office
• Five years of experience in international luxury brand Hotel
