POSITION: Housekeeping Supervisor 

Duties and responsibilities 

• Supervising the Housekeeping and laundry operations
• Ensuring departments is opened in accordance with standard
• Providing prompt and professional guest services
• Providing timely feedback to the Supervisor or general manager
• Ensuring standards of cleanliness and tidiness in all rooms
• Assigning of rooms to Housekeeping staff

• Experience in housekeeping and laundry 
• You have customer service skills 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Able to work effectively in team
• Experience in hospitality industry
