QUALIFICATIONS
- You have two years of experience as Sous Chef or four years as Chef de Partie in Hotel or large restaurant with good standards
- Qualifications in kitchen operations or management is plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety regulations is essential
- Computer skills in MS Office, recepe maintenance system is preferred
- Diploma in culinary or something related to hospitality
