Duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring training in all aspects of banqueting work
- Ensuring all staff levels are maintained in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensuring quality of casual staff in accordance with company guidelines
- Recommending for selection, dismissal and promotion of all groups
- Liase with all other personal in the lodge to ensure the maximum use
- Ensuring you are aware of company rules and regulations
- Helping and encouraging staff whether they are under your control
