Johari Rotana Hotel is looking for Hotel Events Manager who will be responsible for assisting director of catering and events in achieving the catering and events budget in your Hotel by working on daily sales effort of the catering and events
You will work on maintaining high standard of communication flow within the Hotel on all events booked by the department

Duties and responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining relationship with our main bookers to increase customer satisfaction
Ensuring performance of IFH mystery calls is as per hotel standards
Ensure the overall maintenance of all meeting room and related equipment
Ensuring the communication and information flow I maintained on daily basis
Ensuring the all coming requirements are handled
Satisfy the need of the clients whilst optimizing Hotel revenue
