POSITION: Head of BDMini Grid & SHS wholesale
- You will support growing mini grid pipeline through winning tender or conclusion negotiations
- You will also work on strategic partnership to get new products distributed through third parties in Tanzania
- You will explore any ethical and law
- compliant ways where you will increase chances of success as joint venture partnership

Qualification
- Eight years of proven experience in Business development and project management
- Experience in tender submission
- Experience in Business modeling and preparation of investment files
- Strong negotiations skills and successful experience in deals signing and creating partnership
- Strong leadership, experience in multicultural management
- Projects management skills
- Successful experience in innovation and time to market
- Experience with governments, international institutions and in lobbying activities
- Good understanding of Energy access sector
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Masters, Bachelor of business administration, economics/political science, engineering or related
