POSITION: Financial Planning and performance Specialist for MUM activity
Duties and responsibilities
Lead efforts to support IAs and private operators to improve their financial management
Supporting efforts by IAs and other WASH service providers to improve their plans
Reviewing and providing technical guidance on concepts notes and fundable project
Leading efforts geared at increasing collaboration with financial institutions
Development and delivering relevant capacity building programs for WASH service
Degree related to specified areas of specialization accounting, public financial management? Finance, economics, project management /finance, business or related
Masters degree or equivalent and seven years in relevant field OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and ten years in relevant field
Experience under similar projects, providing assistance on large donor funded projects
Demonstrated experience providing technical input including advisory services
Experience delivering services in Tanzania working within team environment
Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills
With knowledge and experience within Tanzania WASH
