Finance Officer- Kigoma

Danish Refugee Council is looking for finance officer to work at Refugees camp at Kibondo, Tanzania.  As Finance officer you will give support to DRC and partners as per regulations and procedures within Burundi  and Tanzania 

You will contribute to the development of the country strategies  that are seen into action plans and every day work

POSITION: Finance Officer 

Duties and responsibilities

• Ensuring day to day activities in finance department 
• Making expenses journals, cash advances, import salaries 
• Ensuring all expenses are fully approved before posting into Dynamics 
• Ensuring compliance with Danish procedures and guidelines 
• Healp in the implementation of finance policies

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Two years of relevant work experience 
• Experience with carrying out admin work
• Better communication skills 
• Advanced proficiency in Excel 
• Good in PowerPoint and Word 
• Well developed organisation planning skills 
• NGO experience 
• Fluent in English and Swahili

• Degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent professional qualification 
• BBA or equivalent professional qualification
