POSITION: District Program Lead
The organization support military medical researchers and clinicians to maintain their scientific focus and accomplish their research goals
Duties and responsibilities
Manage the day to day implementation of the HJFMRI Tanzania
Developing annual work plans and objectives for the programs within the district
Oversees the implementation of HIV programs in the respective district
Monitoring and track performance progress to assess effectiveness
Coordinating regular program review meetings for the facility and community
Ensuring CHMT and facility staff establish CQI teams
Working with CHMT and facilities to identify clinical, infrastructure and implementation of HIV
