Tui blue Hotel is looking for Director of Food and Beverage to join their working team.  You will lead all good and Beverage operations to support  the hotel mission and achieve maximum guest  satisfaction 

POSITION:Director of Food and Beverage 

Duties and responsibilities 

• Oversee budget, forecasting, staff performance and regulatory compliance 
• Managing inventory, purchasing and ensure  good safety standards 
• Development and implementation policies, procedures and training programs 
• Conducting regular inspections and ensure high standards of service 
• Foster positive work environment and motivate staff 
• Collaboration with other departments and contribute to the development of hotel

Qualification 

• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and attention to detail 
• Proven experience in F&B operations and management 
• Excellent communication skills in English with additional languages a plus 
• In depth knowledge  of budgeting forecasting and cost control 
• Able to work  effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities 
• Committed to guest satisfaction and a passion for the hospitality
