Duties and responsibilities
- Conducting marketing research to understand customer needs and requirements
- Manage end to end digital products lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including IT, Customer Experience
- Enhance Experience for customers by gathering and analysing customer feedback
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners
