POSITION: Customer Relations Supervisor
Duties and responsibilities
Identifying process improvement opportunities and addresses
Training and developing staff to improve customer service
Identifying Accounts that qualify for bad debt
Performing general management duties including interviews
Preparation of monthly file review for each employee
Monitoring staff productivity and quality
Preparation of monthly departmental reporting monthly departmental
Conducting monthly conference calls with districts to communicate collection issues
