POSITION: Content Manager/ Moderators
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitoring and moderation of all user generated content
Actually engaging user to encourage meaningful
Identifying and addressing inappropriate content
Facilitating productive discussions by encouraging respectful dialogue
Experience as Moderator or community manager in online platforms or social media
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Understanding of online community dynamics and digital communication
Able to remain neutral and unbiased in managing discussions
Used in content management systems and moderation tools
Problem solving skills
With passion for online communities and Commitment to fostering positive user experience
