- Facilitating productive discussions by encouraging respectful dialogue

Qualifications
- Experience as Moderator or community manager in online platforms or social media
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Understanding of online community dynamics and digital communication
- Able to remain neutral and unbiased in managing discussions
- Used in content management systems and moderation tools
- Problem solving skills
- With passion for online communities and Commitment to fostering positive user experience
