Duties and responsibilities
- Application of customs assessment in TRA system (TANCIS/single window)
- Follow up and keep record of TRA assessments and the EFD receipts
- Maintaining records of assessments issued
- Following up on TRA system requirements
- Arranging container verification from customs
- Arranging customs seal
- Online application of certificate TFS/GCLA
- Filling the documents and records keeping
- Prepare the border documents file for byroad consignments
- Healp all staff in their work upon their absence
Skills required
- Spreadsheet eg excel, Google Sheets
- Database (Ms Access, SQL
