- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with schools
- Self starter with drive to succeed and exceed targets
- Able to work long hours, nights and weekends
- Able to with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Able to bounce back if you lose a sale
- Experience required, but any sales, marketing or customer service experience will be advantageous
