POSITION: Briefer
This is full-time on this position located in Moshi Kilimanjaro. The Briefer is responsible for providing briefings and orientations to customers
Duties and responsibilities
Providing guest with information in their Kilimanjaro climbing expeditions
Assisting the guests with luggage and preparation of climbing tools
Meeting and briefing clients before and after the expedition with helping them to solve their problems
Working with receptionist to ensure that all guest are handed properly
Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process
Attention to detail including the ability to multitask
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Positive , friendly and helpful attitude towards guests
Strong attention to detail
Able to deliver information clearly
Customer service skills
Knowledge of outdoor activities and adventures
Able to work in team and deliver exceptional service
Knowledge of Tanzanian wildlife and attractions
Previous experience in briefing or orientation
Good in Russia, French, Germany and Spanish will be more considered
