Johari Rotana Hotel is looking for the Assistant Director of Finance to join our working environment. You will assist in managing Hotel finance requirements. You will need to be familiar and up to date with all policies of both Hotel and rotana group
POSITION: Assistant Director Finance
Duties and responsibilities
Managing closing of books and preparation of financial reports
Ensuring corporate office and hotel reporting deadlines
Review and reconcile General Ledger, Bank Accounts and ensure they are complete
Review of Receiving Reports, Invoices, Expense Reports, Payment Vouchers
Supervising and review monthly payroll preparation and ensure timely disbursement
Ensuring internal controls are functioning in an orderly and efficient manner
