Duties and responsibilities
Pull audit requests
Intercompany and VDM matching
Performing escalations of unvouched AP invoice and unmatched bank account transactions
Reviewing potential duplicate vouchers
Reviewing unpaid vovouchers
Reviewing of intercompany
Reviewing potential duplicate vouchers
RReviewing npaid vouchers
Reviewing of intercompany flagging Balance external AP flat files and spreadsheet uploads
Looking for opportunities to automate paper invoices
Working with 3rd party vendors and IT to create autofeed files
Customer Service calls with subs Complete RNV reconciliation
