Emirates Tanzania is looking for Airport Services Agent to join their working team in Dar es Salaam. You will work under the direction of Airport Services colleagues to present Emirates and Enhance customer services to the both arriving and departing customers. You will ensure all operations are completed in specified time as per criteria
POSITION: Airport Services Agent
Duties and responsibilities
Provide h3al0 to customers on arrival and departure
Coordinating the Airport operations of chauffeur driven limousines for customers
Monitoring the arrival immigration problems
Help in preparation and completion and statistical information
Give cover in absence of Senior team members
Help dealing 2ith problems eg delays , disruptions.
Ensuring eligible customers are provided with accommodation
Monitoring baggage delivery performance against agreed standard
Support and cover the Emirates tickets desk function
