Tume ya utumishi wa Mahakama/ Judicial Services Commission(JSC) started with new face of operations in 2012 and leiter it began working to plan for strategic planning of 2013 and 2014 including 2017 to 2018. The operations is delivered from its mandate from the article 112 of the Constitution of the country
Basing In the Article 113 the Constitution JSC has established the Judicial Service Commission works basing on Article 29 of Judicial Administration Act No 4 of 2011. JSC works to advise the President in respect of the appointment of the Judge on other Judges from the High Court basing on the article 113
